Tired of all the rate increases my power bill was more in February even though I used less than I did in January a $70 increase from last year at this time

We want accurate readings and affordable prices. We want a power company the has integrity and is here to benefit their costumers not make a monopoly Our of their resources! Our utility bill is our highest bill we have and most of the bill is delivery charges. Its not right!

I too am tired of the energy companies blatant disregard for fair rates, ESPECIALLY when we all know TELSA solved this problem and energy could be drastically reduced! Shame on you for stressing out most families living in the middle class just to keep there children warm and comfortable. Shame on your for ripping people or and not batting an eye to it. At some point your time will come and I truly hope you will be paying millions of people back. Your as well liked as the IRS... good job!

My bill has been astronomical over the past few months and I leave nothing on while I'm at work all day and almost never touch the heat because it stays so warm from the downstairs neighbors!

I'm tired of being ripped off from this power company, plus the service to my home had issues with a broken wires on the pole and I lost my new TV and they said it was not their fault, which is total B.S., I want my TV replaced....and my bill back to reality....

Energy monopolies are grabbing as mush they can from households in Montana before distributed solar and wind electricity investments overpower Northwestern Energy of Pennsylvania. Northwestern Energy of Pennsylvania principle shareholder Blackrock is seeing the handwriting on the wall for energy producers and are poised to protect (short in the market) their investment when shareholder prices plummet.

I have had my power shut off due to a "training issue " despite paying bills on time, and when called I was crying and told to "shut up and listen" was also mocked for being in low income housing called a "welfare mom" in negative context. Very sad..as I am ashamed that I have to be in low income housing but I work full time and only make $800 a month with minimum wage . It hurts me to my core.

Single mom with a disability and pay more in fees than my actual usage!!! I'm often fearful of losing my utilities which means I also wouldn't have running water as I have a well. When I have nothing to give they are terribly unforgiving and uncaring!
