I am 76 living on Soc Sec and I am trying to keep my temperature at 65 degrees, I get so cold I put on sweaters and wrap up in blankets. I feel like I live in a 3rd world country.

We use wood heat so I know our energy usage didn't change due to cold weather. They have a monopoly and they know it.

This is ridiculous, we have a $500+ bill, we called to ask what exactly the charges were for and they hung up on us! But hey, it's all fine and dandy, because North Western energy released a half asked "apology" to people effected by this.

Our bill increased by 150 a month and that is ridiculous and because of the price hike I will be researching and installing other alternatives

My bill was over $200 last month. My home is heated by PROPANE and I'm hardly ever home. This is beyond ridiculous !

Our power bill was over $300 last month the highest it was in the past was $180! They need to do something to fix this and not just apologize!

Free power for all Montana, we have the resources to provide it but we sell it out state and buy ours? Let the ppl govern thare own state, so we can weed out companies like nwe

I was told that the enormous (nearly doubled) hike up in price was due to cold weather. I was told that my natural gas had hardly gone up but that my electric usage had doubled. there is no know reason by myself or the employee I spoke to as to why this increase in usage would happen when no changes were made. I simply cannot afford the prices set by this company

We are a dual income also and are still struggling. I really feel bad for the ones less fortunate than us. This is even harder on them.
