I understand a rate change, but triple, on what NWE is saying the previous months were estimates. I have NEVER used the usage in 20 years they are saying were used. This bill is higher in cost and usage than any bill I have ever received.

I just received a 2500.00 bill for two properties, that use to run about 800.00 and I Turned everything down three months ago, because of past high bills with them. VERY VERY UPSET

I have three bills that went thru the roof. Up at least $100 each. I also have a home on co-op and it did not rise with the colder weather from the last year. So can't blame the weather that much.

I had an outrageous $400 bill 2 years ago due to a "faulty" meter which was then replaced, i went to budget billing after that and last year was nice not seeing a huge bill i couldnt afford. Now this year im still on budget billing but have noticed on the bottom that if i was to go off budget my bill would be $400..and something that states its due to a faulty meter again!! So the meter was new after that first shocking bill and now its faulty again? I dont get it.

I believe that it is unfair and in ethical to raise the power bills on so called estimates rather than actual meter readings. This sort of business practice is inexcusable.

our bill has been outrageous and is quadruple the price of Vigilante electric and we are only a few miles out of their area it is ridiculous that 2 electrical companies can charge so differently.

I think this whole thing is insane, my bill is up to 300 hundred $ I'm not paying there mess up !! And it's not like I have a choice of dif energy here in Helena!!!

It cost me $72 just for "delivery fee", i only used $46 in natural gas! Wtf?!
