Bill never higher than 250 in winter now it's 640.... and my budget billing went up almost $100... thanks nwe!

My energy and gas bill is RIDICULOUSLY high! It tripled for the month of Jan. and Feb. I don't even know how we are going to afford to pay off this amount.

We should have other options for electric/gas service North western energy should not be doing this to ppl im a single mother of 4 that struggles to get by as is then my bill. Triples with no notice

My lights are now currently shut off because of this I have a 4 yr old son and a 7 year old son that want to go home but can't because of the fact my bill did a big leap and when I got home from out of state my lights was shut off the next day. I don't under stand how my light big can go from 150 a month to almost a 1000 in less then 30 days and what's so messed up about it is I was gone most of the month of December and January. Something isbr right!!!! I'm a single mother and pay for everything alone this bill is now effecting my other bills and now I'm looking into working 2 jobs!!! And feeding my kids

This is outrageous. Where's the rep that's suppose to watch out for us. This is indeed one more company to keep the poor man poorer and make tons more hopeless cause the can't afford the unreasonable price hike

Absolutely robbery. You owe every single customer thier money back. And do far as I'm concerned what a incredibly dishonest crappy excuse for outrageous bills!!!!! And you have so little integrity that you think that making a payment plan suffices your stealing from people who qaork much harder than you do is acceptible??? I say it's is a pathetic attempt to keep what is not rightfully yours.

This is an outrageous misuse of the law! No utilty company should be allowed to inflate rates in this manner without governing review or notice to residents. I refuse to pay these inflated rates!

Unfrickinbelievable!!
When I heard about the property tax increase awhile ago, I was upset for three days. I'm still upset. I and going to deduct my property tax amount from my bill!!!
I didn't even know about the HBs! I will do WHATEVER is needed to help the PSC get these passed. Call me...4065600822.

My power bill is 3x what it usually is. I usually budget for more in the winter but did not budget these huge bills in to my budget. Not sure how it get it all paid down.
