My bill was tripled last month which was unacceptable. It put me way back financially. This better not happen again.

I've seen very sharp increases in my bill and haven't increased my usage! Not right!

My bill has more than doubled! I won't be able to pay over $500 dollars a month with two children and one on the way this is an outrage!

Really Northwestern?? Cause you don't make enough $$ already?? My last 2 bills were out of control, FAR more than they were this time last year.

This is unfair to so many and it needs to be reprimanded.

The spikes in our Northwestern Energy bills have been absurd.

Please allow Montana's energy users to not be price gouged.

My bill was so high last month even though I used significantly less energy then the same time period last year. I have barely been running the heat in my house since I am never here and I got no explanation from NW Energy about this other than it's been a cold winter.

My electric bill increased by $50... we were out of town 1 week & use propane/firewood for heat, so the weather can't even be blamed for that increase.

Our bill went from always being no more than $150 to $450 overnight. To find out that much of this is due to inaccuracy in reporting ACTUAL usage is absurd. I think everyone who's bills have skyrocketed should be reimbursed.
