We, the undersigned, support lower student college tuition rates in North Dakota. The state legislatures' target total tuition fees belong 65% to the state and 35% to the students. Currently, the state pays 53% and the students pay 47%, which is 12% more than the students' target percentage. The state legislature should be held to their own goals.
