By signing this petition I voice my opposition to the unfair and unnecessary Big Rivers’rate increases on the people of Western Kentucky.
Furthermore, I ask Big Rivers to do what any other businesses would do when facedwith market challenges—adapt without forcing their customers to pick up the tab.
