#Fair_play Sniper Arena Petition Letter

It seems like the developers of SA are intentionally ruining their own game. Why have y’all ruined a once fun game???

I will be retiring from the game in the near future. Not spending another dime on it.

Other squads are receiving new avatar collections that aren't available to other as they're locked. Past marathons awards you wouldn't receive your avatar collections won even after spending a bunch of money to qualify for a specific 3 week marathon. When emailing customer service, all they stated was the avatar collection could not sent since they were from the week prior and no consolation prize would be awarded. Spent money, time and got no award in avatars. They just take your money as you're bent over tying your shoes

So many issues with this game about to just uninstall eay too much money and time spent on a company like this that does not help

I haven’t seen a game cheat as bad as this one! Great game if they didn’t cheat you out of points, home screen me, put bots in so I can’t complete task for day

What about paying for dazzle and masks and then being dropped in a game halfway through surly this is a bit of a ripoff

Cheating, technical issues, as well as extremely poor and unprofessional customer service. As shown by either sarcastic, childish replies via email as well as social media or through total lack of response at all, it has become evident the issues brought forth by paying customers have fallen on deaf ears.

as long as u can buy upgrades and equipment with real money , there will be no such thing as fair play. There is always going to be someone that can afford to pay hundreds of dollars a month to buy upgrades and have thousands of boosters while another person has only 40... You want fair play? There needs to be a very strict system in which players are matched with other players that have relatively same rank and skills. When I started playing many times I was matched with players were +30 level and I'd respawn just to be killed not even half a second later throughout the whole battle. In my opinion auto fire shouldn't even exist. What's the point of playing if all u have to do is momentarily place the cross hairs on an enemy without even being zoomed in? If ur realistic auto fire is cheating.

Cheating is unacceptable. Lifetime bans for the slightest proven offense should be the rule. Customer service is non existent

this list of comments is both clear and fair. the cost of dollars and diamonds should be reduced by 75% to put this in line with other similar games. If there are no changes soon, I will delete the game, there are thousands of other ways to spend down time. With 20 years in corporate strategic planning in the IT space I can assure that you don't make changes until you start seeing a decline in usage, you are already too late.

game needs to be more even, u cant have a scout sniper go against a BP1 and expect to win 1-3 levels higher or lower should be the line. if your a BP1,2,3 u should be up against your own levels make gems, cask, weapons, helmets, upgrades easier, 2.0. i think 5 billion points to be a BP 3 is sad, especially with the game as is. it would take me 3-6 months to get there as a AOD 2. more to follow

I have had over 130 gems disppear right in front of my eyes. What they do is give you gems for winning five battles as an added bonus. This morning I was awarded thirty gems and after four winning battles they were took back away along with awarded boosters! I have complained everytime this happens and I have yet to receive a response from Norcurrent! I am getting to the point where I just want to uninstall and stop playing the game! I am REAPER49 from "Slayer666 Squad! This is just insane to keep playing this game if they reward you and then take what you have won back away from you!

Will you give me gems and cash...100k gems or 1k gems..100m cash or 1m cash...thanks :)

Stop the hacks and cheating!!! Make battles with random people with ranks no more than 2-4 levels of difference
