Our family take vacations in this part of the country, including this year a visit to Dog Sled Rides. I can't imagine how the Martin family must be feeling to have their family and business disrupted in this way. Keep fighting guys, you deserve better. X

We are the parents of Tracie Martin. Their business is a big plus to the WP area. They’re very active in this community , supporting the county and WP with their positive attitudes toward making this area a place that you want to come back to visit time and time again. Please reconsider the plans for this area and respect the Martins and what they have to offer to the county and the community .

Please help the Martin family reach an equitable solution that benefits all parties and not just the town/county. They are long term residents and business owners. The county and town should not be allowed to ruin their lives in a shady deal that puts profits over people.

I would like the commissioners to explore options for a different location, or moving the entrance to the bus facility to not impede on the business of the Martins.

I live in Fraser, on Quail Dr. off of county road 8. I have been a full time resident for the past 4 1/2 years with no plans to move. I GREATLY disapprove of the current proposed plan, and would like to see the Martin family and surrounding residents be heard and their livelihood respected, as we are a great town in the beautiful Grand County. I say that if the current plans go through and the Martins’ trail access, clean water, and noise/light disturbances become affected by this new Bus Barn, I personally will boycott the buses and make as many people aware of the issue to demand a change. Our COMMUNITY is STRONG and will ALWAYS stick up for what is fair. And this current plan is not.

The Town of Winter Park should negotiate with the Martin family to build their bus maintenance facility and remove the only residential property in the area!
