This plus and minus system has added extra stress to students. All the plus and minus system does is put more emphasis on grades, and therefore make the students focus more on their grade for the class rather than the content they are suppose to be learning about. Don't have the students so focused on the letters on a transcript that we don't learn anything in class. Help students focus on information again!

The new gpa calculation is petty and hurts students more than helps them. It is especially hard on serious hard majors like engineering.

This grading system does nothing but hurt the students. at the end of the day when we get a degree, nobody will look at whether or not we were on the plus or minus system. It was better for students being on the other grading system so we should definitely go back to that.
