Whether or not one agrees with the topic at hand, our union should not put forth resolutions like this without due process and support of the faculty.

I am disappointed with the AFT leaders' hasty action on such sensitive and complex incidents. They should have been more respectful and considerate of the diverse body of CCSF faculty, including those who do not want to take sides.

I do not support this resolution, further I resent the fact that it was submitted with no faculty discussion.

Regardless of what my personal political beliefs are or my global outlook, my union should not be speaking in my name without my informed consent. This resolution was a back room deal that flies in the face of the "collective" core of labor unions. AFT 2121 has enough work-related issues to address without its reach extending around the world.

Covertly sliding by an invalid resolution on behalf of 1,400 faculty is an egregious misuse of the collective power of the union. Shame on those AFT2121 "leaders" for their continued lack of transparency that has been going on for years. It's not the Janus case that is making faculty of CCSF leave AFT 2121, It's the misrepresentation of the faculty, bullying, and lack of following procedures set out in AFT 2121's constitution.

I am a strong supporter of Gaza and the Palestinian cause but this action was taken without proper procedure and consent. This is improper and devoid of process.

Yet another travesty of justice committed by AFT 2121. This is union leadership at its worst. The results of yesrs of their bullying and sleazy tactics will be clear once the Janus case passes.

This is a dangerous precedent established by a few leaders in the AFT2121 union. It must be stopped NOW.

A decision was made without my informed consent to participate by AFT 2121. I was engaged with no dialogue, nor was my opinion or informed opinion asked. Informed consent denied to faculty is a major problem when highly politicized individuals use rules for political engagement and advantages. It’s disconcerting when done in a disingenuous manner.
