Facebook - Take responsibility for your utter lack of customer care
Facebook is disabling user account by the thousand wrongfully; these people have done nothing wrong and have not contravened FB's terms, yet rather than admit their error, FB try and blame the user. FB allows racists etc to thrive unchecked yet frequently attacks innocent users for no reason. Many never get their accounts back and others, myself included, are libellously accused of a variety of things we haven't done. FB are illegally withholding my persponal and intellectual property, among which are the last messages I got from a friend who died last year. FB operates an almost 100% automated system which is failing users on a very grand scale. It has to stop. FB has zero customer service - emails go unanswered and the telephone has no human beings at the other end of it. Letters are ignored. It constantly breaches it's own terms. FB has to start taking responsibility for it's consistent failings, stop disabling people in error, stop libelling people, and stop retaning their property. Furthermore, FB needs to start sorting out the widespread hate on it's site. Finally, FB must commit to investigating reports made against individuals as it is known that they diosabled by default currently,and many users lose their accounts due to fraudulent reports made against them which FB fails to verify. I have been disabled in error five times, mostly on account of a smear campaign against me which FB are aware of yet choosing to ignore. I know I am not alone. FB is user unfriendly, uncaring and accusatory. This is unprofessioanl, amoral and often illegal. Make your voice heard. Show them we're not taking it lying down. FB is NOT above the law, and we have to ram that mesage home. Peace.
