I am petitioning this reputable Institution to lunch an independent investigation into the above mentioned case which occurred in one of Ghana's finest hospital KATH. In its findings, I urge the Ministry to bring to Justice all persons involved in such an abominable act and help restore the good image of both KATH and the Ministry. Further, I ask the Ministry to do all in their power and regulations to,bring some comfort to the affected families. Counting on your usual cooperation. Thank you.
