Facebook, as you may know, does not have a dedicated customer service center where you can actually contact someone at Facebook. This is a big drawback for Facebook. Millions of Facebook users would like an actual number and email address where they can reach an actual person.
Since it's beginnings, all Facebook has had was community forums where other users are supposed to help other users, no help from an actual employee. Every company NEEDS a customer service center. That is just common business sense. Yet, Facebook executives obviously lack this common sense.
Please help me in demanding Facebook create customer service email addresses, phone numbers etc. Let's tell Facebook, WE WANT AN ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER, NOT USELESS COMMUNITY FORUMS.

No more blocking republicans only democrats
Hi. My other Facebook was hacked. The person messaged me and friends through messenger. They told me I have to pay to get my Facebook back. I took screenshots. This is wrong and all the stuff on my old page belongs to me such as pictures of my family and friends. I have reached out and no one at Facebook to help me. This is wrong. I fear getting help from the community. I also noticed strange names of people I do not know on my Facebook . This is wrong. This is dangerous to the users because people should not have access to just be on your Facebook and its terrible others can hack account like my other account and do the stuff they are doing. It's very wrong! Please help Facebook and tell me how to report the other acccount of mine being used and how to prevent them from stealing my personal information. Thank You!
