Amanda Todd was harassed on Facebook, according to Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, that is against their rules. The most disgusting thing is that her nude photo was distributed via Facebook. I believe that they should investigate this situation, trace the messages and nude photos that were sent and distributed (which is Distributing Child Pornography, and against federal laws), and do something about it.
They should be encouraged to report the man that distributed the nude photo to the authorities, as well as anyone else that was involved in this.
I don't know if this will work, but if we can get enough signatures, we can send this to Facebook, and encourage them to act. We have to do something, as so many people failed Amanda.

The stories coming in from people who have suffered similar harassment prove that this is a systemic failure. Post this petition on your Facebook wall today to force them to look at what is happening on their platform. Email your local representative and demand they pressure tech companies to cooperate with federal investigations into child exploitation.

Cyberbullying actually kills. When will these companies take accountability for the monsters using their platform???
RIP Amanda. so sad that people can be this cruel online and get away with it. do something facebook!!!!!
They have the tech to find these people. Stop looking the other way and help the police catch the person who did this to her.
Heartbreaking. Nobody should go through what that poor girl had to endure. Facebook needs to step up and stop letting these predators hide behind their accounts.
Justice for Amanda. The people who pushed her to this edge need to be behind bars.

Watching her video destroyed me. How did this happen without anyone stopping it? Facebook needs to hand over those logs to the cops.
