I need a huge favour from you please. I spent hundreds of hours creating the Theia's Gems Facebook account for three reasons.
1. To enable me to fill it with information for my degree in gemology as a modern slant via social networking to share information.
2. To help people using gemstone healing therapy.
3. To sell gemstone jewellery made by womens cooperatives in Asia, I do not take any profit from these sales,
I have paid to date 68.33 € to Facebook in the last 5 weeks for this account and now they have deleted it yet continue to charge me.
This is a faceless company you cannot talk to, email or message.
I have reported via their helpline that this was a paid account.
I need to retrieve the information that I have on that page, please sign the petition and help me but also stop Facebook treating their CUSTOMERS with such abismal service.

The growth of this petition has successfully triggered a response from a media representative who covers platform accountability. I am currently preparing a formal packet of evidence to present to their legal department to contest these unauthorized charges and recover my account data.

This is a disgraceful way to treat a paying customer who has followed your rules . Dishonest, daylight robbery by faceless Facebook.
This business supports women's cooperative's in Asia - reinstore the account to allow this important work to continue.
For goodness sake Facebook clean up your act and persecute those that deserve it not somebody trying to help others.
Reinstate what is being paid for!!
This is a good, honest and hardworking woman. Please enable her to regain access to her Facebook page. Thank you
Gems may not be my thing however I do appreciate that this took a lot of time to compile and set up. Some people on Facebook are real!
please restore access to the page, it belongs to a paying customer who sells jewellery to help poor women around the world

Please reinstate this account. I really enjoyed the page, and it helped a women's co-op in Asia. Please, big corporation Facebook, for once, be human!
