The volume of reports coming in confirms this is a widespread technical failure rather than an isolated incident. I am currently drafting a formal letter to Lionhead Studios detailing these accounts to ensure a prompt response regarding a replacement program.

Total garbage quality control. never seen a game destroy itself like this.
SO RIDICULOUS. my disc looks like someone took sandpaper to it and i barely even moved the console. waste of 60 bucks.

Mine scratched after two days of playing. I thought it was just my Xbox but clearly not. Fix this mess.
