Decades ago, AFA attorneys properly educated Alaska Airlines and their flight attendants that the FAA regulations for a "duty period" apply to a reserve flight attendant on call. All flight attendants "on call" ARE "on duty", PERIOD. We, the flight attendants signing this petition, ask for the FAA duty period protections to apply to all United flight attendants.
