Remove Adult Advertisement from FA

FA has art for general and younger audiences. The very hypocritical act of putting X-rated ads will do a great deal of harm to such people whose only wish is to see quality art. It would only alienate not only the visitors but the artists dedicated to putting great artwork on FA. I strongly protest that cockeyed advert scheme taking place. Fingers crossed such adverts are immediately terminated.

Please, no human porn ads on FA. Especially not the very bad ones that promotes rape and cheating on one's wife/husband... This is wrong on many levels.

This is only the latest in a multitude of almost comedic missteps.

Porn ads were the last straw. I took down my art because of it, replacing it with generic placeholders. I moved everything to a more friendly site. If FA backs off the sleaze-fest, I might re-upload, but if not I won't be going back.

I do not want to be seeing ads for real human porn under any circumstances on FA, whether I am browsing for adult furry art or not. Real life human porn has absolutely no place on FA, and has always been explicitly against FA's own rules. Actually, any non-furry ads have no place on FA, but it's the raunchy human adult stuff that truly bothers me the most. Yes, I have AdBlock Plus, and I know how to use it. But, a lot of people don't, and I don't want them seeing my submissions on the same page as real human porn ads. It turns my stomach. This is FA, not xTube!

I'll put on the SFW option and I'll still see ads containing highly offensive wording and images to pornographic websites as well as hook-up dating sites. Furthermore some of these ads have given me pop ups with malware and spyware in them causing problems with my phone and computer.

Take them down

These ads are strongly worded and highly offensive. Even as an adult themed artist, they make me want to scream! What I do is FANTASY and ART, what these sites promote is cheating, sluttiness, and malware. Please get rid of them!!

Here is hoping that our petition is heard loud and clear. No more adult ads.

I'm alright with the non-member ads, but the mature ads are unacceptable. We furries already walk an extremely volatile line in the eyes of the media, and this will NOT help our position any more. Even if this weren't a matter of our image and PR and all that, it's unfair to the users that paid for advertising space, as many people won't take the time to selectively block the third-party ads, and in stead will opt for a full-scope blocking of ads. Even on a personal level, I can't stand seeing the prominent, mature ads above whatever mature, non-pornographic chapter of a written work I may be reading. I'd imagine they'd show up on mature music, as well.

It is a rather bad image for THE main furry art site to enable any pornographic advertisements

This is totally inappropriate. If I have my account set to 'SFW', which I normally do because I have children at home, there should not be porn popping up on my screen. Not acceptable at all!

I've been a member through the account Nitetigrezz since 2006 and had lurked there for years before. This is the first time I've seriously considered leaving the site for good. Please stop ruining FA's reputation and keep the filth off the site so that General Audiences can enjoy it too.

I am not happy with these ad changes, especially since they are showing up on my SFW pages.

I don't even like the idea of FA featuring mature ads because FA is a wonderful community with out all these worthless ads for no reason. Plus there is a lot that we furs like about FA just the way it is.

I never used adblock on FA cause I always enjoyed seeing artists' advertisements. I can accept the IMVU and Google ads, but this is just horrid and disgusting.
