These ads are complete trash and have really no business on FA. The artists that PAY for ad space have to suffer now that people are being forced to use adblock to protect their computers. They should up on ALL content, not just mature and thats an issue. How do you expect to gain new members tot he cite and fandom if the first thinks they see on the cite are huge, obnoxious porn ads?

I think the content of these ads misjudge the user base on FA dramatically. To say it makes FA seem unseemly and unwelcoming is an understatement. I would hate to have relocate as so many friends are on FA. It would be heartbreaking.

I don't want to see pornographic photo ads on FA. I don't have an issue with porn, per se, but there is a time and a place for everything, and FA is not the place for this type of crap. When your site rules don't allow the artists to draw it, but you're going to force people to see it anyway, that's wrong. Please reconsider.

There was a giant read and black banner advertisement across my entire page yesterday. I opened my profile to show an elderly family member some of my work and was abruptly ashamed and embarrassed to have subjected her to the giant flashing "click for porn" button. This wasn't even an advert for adult artwork, no, this was an advert for live action porn. THIS IS NOT O.K. Besides all of the obvious problems now any non furry I've given my business card to has to be subjected to this and will immediately associate my NON ADULT artwork with PORN. On top of it all it is against FA's own RULES!

the adult rated 3rd party ads are not necessary and is causing more FA members to leave. this is giving FA negative results and must be removed.

I truely belive this is the wrong choice for ads, and I believe better arrangements could have been made overall in the which was an instigation for a reaction like this. Honestly if adult ads must stay, couldn't it be arranged to have them be to places like slipshine (an adult webcomic hub) or to legitimate tasteful adult stores and only fandom related outlinks? I am sure these companies would be an idea for a middle ground.

I haven't seen these ads yet but I agree completely with what people are saying. Breaks FA's own rules, possible forced malware/adware, and artists getting shafted (in the bad way). Get this crap outta here

I have to agree, these ads have nothing to do with the demographic, and I have seen one or two, and they are rather offensive. Having Google ads is one thing, but this is just untasteful, this is not relevant to the site. It's an adult gallery? Yes. A place where real people want to have nasty sex with you? Uh... very much no?

I've kept ad-block from removing ads from FA up until this point because until now, the ads were mostly for artists, but these ads are now forcing me to block ads, I don't want to deal with them, despite the kind of things we have on this site, I don't want to see those kinds of ads.

These ads are ridiculous. I've been meaning to leave FA for a long time -- the only things keeping me on the site are the traffic and my friends, and frankly, my friends are sick enough to leave anyway.
If this situation doesn't abate I'm just gonna close up shop and leave. I can't even access the site on mobile with these awful ads threatening the security of my phone.
