It's not a matter of "just get adblock and stylish and,,," It's sad that artist who spent good money on adspace have to suffer and not having to endorse these shitty virusy sites. I don't see why users should have to take all these extra steps just to enjoy the site thanks to this terrible change of direction.

I've stuck with fa through it all. I was uncomfortable with the IMVU thing but stayed to see what would happen. .. but this is horrible. I would never advise anyone to check out fa knowing these ads are there.

This will completely flip the demographics around. The newcomers will be attracted by the porn and the old timers will leave because of it. The site will be full of unwanted propaganda and bad rep. FA, if you read this, change it. NOW.

This will not help the site as it completely changes the demograph, Violates the sites TOS and insults the user base. We get it, we are trash, but these ads are tasteless.
I understand the importance of ads, but it matters very little when users are using AdBlocker, eliminating the lude advertisement as well as the User Bassed Advertisements

Dragoneer and his cronies are pathetic. They sold out to IMVU and expected things to be okay for everyone. I'll sign this petition but personally I'm not surprised this is going on. IMVU is going for the porn side these days because they're dying and they know it.

A website that allows you to hide NSFW content has ads that aren't NSFW... and people under 18 too?? It doesn't make sense! For those to young to look at this stuff and have their account set to SFW are being forced to see pornographic ads plastered everywhere! EVERYONE!! Get an adblocker, do not allow these ads to poison you or your computer.

The adult ads on FurAffinity need to be removed for several reasons. First, there are many minors with accounts on FurAffinity being exposed to the adult ads that simply shouldn't be. Secondly, the ads are a vulgar change to a previously safe and youth-friendly site. This change may end up imposing bad impressions on not only current visitors, but non-furry visitors and even new members of the fandom. With all of this, I won't even go into the viruses and other harmful content in the sites those ads hold, so I'll just leave it at this: the ads are harmful and need to be removed.
