I had already lost most of the vision in my right eye due to optic neuropathy. This summer I developed stringy floaters and then had a detached retina. After scleral banding surgery the floaters are terribly obstructive and my surgeon doesn't feel vitrectomy is worth the risk for me.

The difficulty in seeing because of these floaters is very detrimental. I have to be so careful driving. There has to be some kind of treatment available.

I can only hope this gets taken seriously. Young people's FLOATERS are not the same as OLDER PATIENTS. Ours will not sink to the bottom or change, and many are having new floaters appears monthly. People with perfectly healthy eyes are suffering.

eye suffer from eye floater since i was child at 10 years old. now im 31. i has migraine. and i think my floaters are cause by migrane that cause eye pain when it start. i believe such floater cause in young age is cause by this one factor. -inflamming, or due to uv light? but if by uv light why not every one has it ? everyone exposed to uv light also right ? that's a mystery.there must be some mysteries need to be explore. then we will get an answer to this thus easy to find the cure.many eye drops maker can makes eye drops for such many utilization. why not develop an eye drops for eye floater. it is also a good investment to be concerned about. as the product will be patterned and be used by millions of people around the world. just add a new product to the already list of product in eye care product and cure. because world have billion of population. each one from the world population have an eye. and every one need a eye care and cure product .from tired eye, sore eye, rehyrating, wash and so on. why not put the new product list for this eye floater. i know we can. we in advance science world now. nano tech, micro tech, bio tech are now fast fowarding. we need tu utilize it fully. eye floaters is perhaps is benign disease of the eye, but it is a serious disease of quality of life. please be aware about this. everyone has it. there must be a cure to be find. we must start the reseacrh of the cure from now. for humanity.
