Recently floaters appeared in my vision. I went to the ophthalmologist. I was very disappointed to learn that there is no pharmacological treatment for such a disorder. This condition is extremely unpleasant. I would say that it is something that brings a huge loss to our quality of life. Reading a book and watching TV, for example, is not as pleasurable as before. Not only that, I have had a hard time focusing on work. I am a teacher and graduate student. I ask for research in the area in order to minimize the suffering of all the people who live with this problem.
