United Kingdom should hand over to Sri Lanka for prosecution the arch terrorist woman, Adele Balasingham - the wife of the very architect of the World’s most ruthless and violent Terrorist group called the LTTE: the woman who blatantly violated Human Rights by aiding and abetting the recruitment by force and training on terrorist activities scores of innocent school girls below the age of maturity and also tying on each one's neck a cyanide capsule for them to commit suicide, which most of them were forced to do in due course.

She is definetly a violator of human and child rights in Northern Sri Lanka when that area was under defacto control of LTTE. She made so many thousand of children child soldiers to use as canon fodder. So many young girls were used as sucide bombers to kill innocent people. How can anybody leave her alone without bringing her to justice?

Western leaders are pandering to Tamil extremists by their attempts to lynch Sri Lanka. But let's apply the same standards of 'accountability' to them. If they want Sri Lanka's leaders put on trial let them follow George Bush, Tony Blair, Henry Kissinger, and yes, Adele Balasingham. What's good for the goose needs to be good for the gander.

The child soldiers issue has been totally swept under the rug by US, UK and others gungho on hauling Sri Lanka to the ICC. Hope this petition will bring focus on the crimes committed against innocent children while smoking out Ms. Balasingham from her safe haven.

The UK is one of the mail sources of income for the Tamil Tiger terrorist that bled our country for 30 years. How can the UK provide sanctuary for such a criminal who led young people astray and encouraged to engage in murderous attacks? She did ask them to bite the glass capsule containing arsenic to commit suicide for a terrorist cause when she garlanded her young recruits with the poison filled capsule. She must be made to answer for her crimes

Her husband Anton Balasingham who was the Chief negotiator for LTTE signed a peace treaty brokered by the Norwegians and got the then President Premadasa to disarm 700 STF police personnel in Trincomallee and then broke the treaty and the LTTE came and lined up the 700 policemen and shot them in cold blood. She was the chief organizer of the LTTE women's wing.
