This is an excellent location for an outdoor patio. Years ago I lived on Water St and I sure wish we had places like this then. Wonderful to walk there and meet up with neighbors.

I live behind the restaurant and I can’t tell you how much the lack of parking here pushes people to the end of my driveway blocking half of it. Focus on making parking spaces first.
