Calling all our South Glastonbury neighbors. We want to enhance our village with a great outdoor venue for all to appreciate and experience while respecting our community members and their privacy. YES!!! We live on Main St, within 1/4 mile of your restaurant. We absolutely want you to have an outdoor dining area that would be visible from the street with live music and fun atmosphere. It would enhance the cool vibe of our little SoG neighborhood!
The State of CT has encouraged municipalities to assist restaurants during the difficult business climate caused by the COVID pandemic. Glastonbury, do the right thing; allow outdoor dining at the Cotton Hollow restaurant.
Other South Glastonbury restaurants have outdoor dinning, so let's add CHK as another option for enjoying a great meal while enjoying the outdoors!
An outdoor patio will only add to the charm of the Nayaug village area. We know it will be done with consideration for the neighborhood.
It would be a wonderful addition to the restaurant and help in keeping it open. I would definitely eat outside...I have not eaten inside since the Covid crisis.
Would love a patio if it blocked the view of parking lot and reduced road noise.

I own the JW Frame Crafters shop in South Glastonbury, we are virtually business neighbors . I welcome CHK’s patio, it will be a great addition to the business community. It will bring more customers to the area which will benefit al the businesses.
