This was an opportunity I had been looking forward to for years...having my citizenship ultimately was a huge factor in my future: where would I continue schooling, where would I live? Please consider the world of new new opportunities available for everyone gaining citizenship when deciding if the deadline will be changed...

Please consider extending the date to complete the process past 12/31/20. The pandemic travel restriction affect everyone. I would hate for this to be the reason my family is unable to complete our citizenship reclamation after so much work.

A viral pandemic is something no one can plan for. Since the entire world is dealing with this, and it's not just a Luxembourg situation, don't you think there should be an extension for dual citizenship? I guess my question would be, why wouldn't you make allowances for more time that was stolen by COVID?

I would hate to have COVID be the sole reason I can't join my cousins in becoming a Luxemburg citizen. Please blindsided extending the phase 2 deadline until three world passes through this pandemic.

My trip to Luxembourg to complete Phase 2 in late May was cancelled due to COVID-19. I am so sad. I very much want to claim dual Luxembourg citizenship along with my family. I ask that you consider extending the deadline so that we can come after travel is allowed and safe. Thank you for your consideration.

Please seriously consider extending the deadline - our family was scheduled to complete stage two in early June and had done all of the necessary work. For everyone's health and safety extending the deadline would be the appropriate action. Thank you.

I and my two children are a stage 2 applicants with travel arranged prior to Covid, the travel dates for my family and I were August 10-20/ 2020. For everyone's heath and safety we hope for this deadline to extend. Be Well! Jim
