To Whom It May Concern,

We, the undersigned members of Planet Fitness Flagstaff, request an adjustment of operating hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The gym's current closing times of 10 PM on Fridays and 9 PM on Saturdays and Sundays limit our access and hinder our ability to maintain a consistent fitness routine.

We have observed a VERY high demand for the gym right up until closing time on these weekend nights, whereas, there appears to be very little demand during the hours when the gym is open early Monday morning until 4 or 5 a.m.

Adjusting the weekend hours would allow more flexibility for members, particularly those with demanding weekday schedules. It would enable us to make the most of our gym memberships and stay committed to our fitness goals.

We believe that this small change would have a significant impact on the overall satisfaction of the members and contribute to a healthier, more active community. We hope you will favorably consider our request.
