Being more connect with London's travel network can only be a positive thing. Both in terms of reducing peoples's journey times and would open up this area of London to those who previously would not consider due to the poor travel connections boosting the local ecoonomy.

As Peckham is a very up and coming area it would do well with even better transport links. It would help familes in the community and give better access to central.

A huge population lives south of the river - and where tube investment is concerned it has been persistently ignored. We desperately need a tube line extension to Camberwell. I understand that some infrastructure is already in place because trains trains are stored under or near Camberwell Green.

Vital to get this extension, thats been talked about for many decades. When you look at a map, it is the biggest gap in London's underground system.

A tube line exrention is seiorsly needed here and indeed I would certainly love to see it extend even further to Dulwich. Underground Transport is sorely missing here.

South East London very poorly served by public transport relative to rest of city. Is it crazy to imagine a split line, one serving Old Kent Road line, the other going down through Camberwell and into Peckham? Surely this would massively help a huge and hugely underserved area...Or is Camberwell forever doomed to being tubeless?

I live in East Dulwich and the commute is become heavily congested, and when there are rail issues it can take over 2 hours to get into work due to all buses be over crowded.
Nearby tube stations would certain alleviate this pressure. Even one in Camberwell.

It takes me over an hour to get to work - I either have to get two buses, or a bus and two tubes. I think that extending the Bakerloo line to Camberwell would show commitment to developing South London, and it would offer the people of South London the opportunities that those in the North have.

Look at population density not tax payer subsidized developer money!
