I've been looking at the TFL 'heat map' showing through use of colour, how well, or how badly an area is served for public transport
there is a vast ocean of blue - which is Camberwell - bordered by neighbouring parts of London which are much, much better served.

A proper tube line is essential for Camberwell & Peckham - we have been the poor relations to other areas for too long, and with a major hospital hub in King's College expanding all the time - we need to start the process NOW!

Kept in the dark for far too long. Inconceivable that this vibrant, diverse and hugely popular area is still so poorly served by transport infrastructure. We could literally be 10-15 mins away from Central London. No more excuses, we can't be sidelined any longer. Just do it. Please.

Camberwell has been the Cinderella of financial input for far too long and it shows. Kings College Hospital, the Salvation Army and Cambewrwell Art school, as well as local residents have no access to Tube. Buses run on schedules and so often stop or go slow to achieve their time sheet, making people late for appts. When are you going to get Cambwerwell into the 21st century by giving us the tube,enabling us to get to work punctually ,patients to get to hospital and allow us an equal playing field in day today life.
