Extend the Green Belt to Protect East Malling Village

Green belt extension here makes good sense

We do not want in any way shape or form be part of Kings Hill. Keep the space.

It's vital that we protect the green space and broadwater farm must be protected, East Malling must be protected. The green belt must be extended to cover broadwater farm.

The green belt should be extended to include East Malling Research Station land up to Kiln Barn Lane

Please preserve the special nature of our ancient villages and not let them get lost in a faceless new development.

strongly object to loosing more of the Green Belt. In 30 years there has been encroachment enough in the area .

We would strongly propose that the boundary be extended from the 228 across to Wateringbury Road in East Malling, (which offers a ready-made bounday) or failing that the East-West part of Well Street, extending up to Heath Road. In this way, the beautiful, quiet and peaceful area of New Barns with its conservation & preservation areas, along with woodland would therefore be protected.

Why waste such good farm land when there is so much less quality land in Tunbridge and Malling

This area is an important buffer of protection from the ever creeping sprawl of suburbia. We should be protecting our heritage for the future.

We have written to TMBC on this matter, and feel it is a very important area to protect.

With reference to our letter to TMBC on this subject, we firmly endorse proposals for extending the green belt to include these high status landscapes and leisure amenities.

It is vital that special area is preserved and cherished for ourselves and for future generations.

We must continue to protect existing Conservation areas, East Malling Research Station, Quiet Lanes, and the many ancient paths and walkways.
