Reason still exists when we are asleep or unconscious . Ray exists. His continued existence should not be bound to being able to act and to prove that he is a person by speaking or being conscious. Give his brain time to heal before making any materialistic identification of his existence. It's too soon to make an absolute judgement of his capacities .

Any permenant decisions should be delayed until proper investigations can be carried out and the appropriate decision makers, currently closest to and apprised of the wishes of the patient can express their concerns and desires.

His sister said that he is conscious and indicating he knows what is going on. I believe he has a really strong potential of having a good recovery. Please give him the time to heal.

Ray has always been a shining light in the LA musical scene. I've watched and supported many of his musical indevours over the last 2 decades. Extremely talent and just all around super nice. Please everyone do me a favor and sign, circulate, FB this petition to extend his ventilator time. I don't know what happened exactly but the body can do miraculous things given time and hope. Lets all draw together and get this petition nailed.
