If those metrics are legit and you are able to show them. Sounds like the performance speaks for itself! I’d like to know the 2 board members reasons...

Sign him back, he is a good prospect. Still young and in prime, he is also due for the best stats ever in these next few years. Great pick up, don’t let him go to free agency.

Always treated students with respect and eating the overall goal for them to succeed not only in the classroom but as individuals.

Mr Kinder has been an asset to our school and has been involved in our community for the past 7 years and has done a great job.

Before Mr. Kinder came to Woodland there was a new principal every year for many years. He cares about the school and doing what is best for the growth of the students. I am absolutely shocked to hear that he was not given an extension. He’s a great addition to the school and it would be a big loss if he was gone.

Mr. Kinder is a great man. Regardless of what people say, I've seen things improve greatly since he's been employed by Woodland. It would be an absolute shame to see him go based off the very biased school he let's their authority maximize the amount of space in their heads. I proudly support Mr. Kinder and respect him and his family very much. Whatever it to takes to keep him here I will back 110%. The results are there that shows what impact he can have on the students and faculty so why give him the boot!? Shame on you school board. Once again, you disgust me with another rational decision.

Mr Kinder is a personal friend of mine and is being victimized by people on the board with a personal agenda that doesn't support the school district and students of Woodland. There comes a time when people should move on. That time came for someone, but it wasn't Mr Kinder. That a former administrator would run for the school board is laughable. That he would be elected is embarrassing for the district. That his close personal friend that was 'too stressed' for the board would be appointed to an open position mere months after being 'too stressed' speaks volumes about what is really going on here.

Mr. Kinder is great person, he has coached my boys for the last 3 years. He doesn't only coach them on sports he tries to make them better people. It would be a great loss to loose him in the school district and community.
