We the undersigned residents of Bayview Hill in Richmond Hill, Ontario petition York Region to extend the study area for the proposed road crossing of Highway 404 between 16th Avenue and Major Mackenzie Drive to include the boundaries of Bayview Hill—Bayview Avenue to the west, Major Mackenzie Drive to the north, 16th Avenue to the south, and Leslie Street to the east. Furthermore we petition York Region to complete a traffic study in the Fall to determine the impact of the proposed road crossing on vehicular traffic in the Bayview Hill residential community.
