Fast & French Outdoor Dining Extension

Outdoor doing is very much needed to support tourism and to support the restaurants esp. Gaulart & Maliclet( Fast & French). Do the right thing.

Please keep their outdoor dining legal!!! This is a great local restaurant that brings a lot of tourists to broad street positively impacting a lot of local businesses and attractions!

Help our local business survive in these tough times. A lot of customers still don’t feel comfortable eating indoors.

In this COVID period small businesses are struggling to survive. In Charleston restaurants are critical to driving the tourism/hospitality industry. The ability to provide outside dining is essential for this restaurant. Why would the county want to make it nearly impossible for Fast and French to stay in business?

We need safe outdoor dining options for as long as possible- into 2021 and beyond.

One of our fav places to go in Charleston. Please extend this permit to allow this wonderful and unique restaurant to stay open. With their classic euro indoor communal seating they won’t be able to seat enough customers safely without the out door space and stay in business.

Please extend the use of the courtyard! G&M has been a Charleston institution for over 30 years. You can keep the cafe in business by allowing the outdoor seating to continue.

G&M has always been there for our community throughout hurricaines & other disasters. Please allow them to continue bringing joy & yummy food safely during this particularly difficult covid disaster!!! OUR COMMUNITY NEEDS THIS RAY OF SUNSHINE!!

This is a cafe doing their very best to stay afloat during this time. What is the downside to extending their permit to safely serve guests outside? Extend their permit! You should be working with rather than against these faithful businesses in your city.

There is no good reason NOT to extend outdoor seating. C’mon Charleston!
