We support Fast and French and this lovely new space they have created! This should become a permanent fixture in the Broad Street area dining scene.

As Charleston staple for 35 years, Fast and French deserve to use that space.

Charleston County should be pro-active in assisting small businesses, especially now. It's good for the community.

Every Charleston restaurant with the potential for outdoor dining space needs it desperately. Their survival may depend on it!

Our hospitality is still in dire need of support. Fast & French's use of this space costs the city nothing while providing a lifeline to an iconic restaurant, its owners and its employees.
I urge Charleston County to reconsider this action and make the smart and logical choice to keep this restaurant open. In fact, I urge the county to consider expanding the opportunity for outdoor dining, not restricting it.

This activity will enhance the quality of life near the courthouse and help keep a wonderful local business alive. This space is usually empty and deserted and few cafe tables with umbrellas won't constitute a threat to anyone.

This restaurant is a great meeting place sharing with family and visitors while eating. It is a wonderful part of the diverse and older Charleston scene.
