Sometimes bad things happen to good people but everyone deserves a second chance. That's why we want to petition to The President of The United States Joseph Biden,Madame Vice President Kamala Harris, The Department Of Justice,Congress and the Senate Judiciary Committee to amend the Law so that Citizens with Federal Offenses do not have to receive Presidential Pardons in order to expunge their records. Please Help us amend this process. It's an expensive process that equals a life sentence for poor people who can't afford an Attorney to handle all of the complicated and tedious paperwork involved in the pardon process. If a person has made a mistake in their past and has served whatever time was allocated for that offense,they should be able to get that record expunged after they meet certain conditions and after a certain period of time.
