As a second Peninsula resident I fully support this petition and oppose this project and the flagrant greed/ disrespect for land and surrounding neighbours that underlies it.

This suburban "condo" (and how is that term even possible when independent home lots are being sold? - a flagrant attempt on part of developer to avoid existing regulations) gated community is the antithesis of why we all came to live together on Second Peninsula as a peaceful community in harmony with nature, the environment, and each other. It is a clear high-density, environmentally toxic "money-grab" on the part of the developer and must not be allowed.

A subdivision is one thing, but I've never been a believer in "bare land condominiums". I don't believe this one was well thought out. Opposed.
