Sad that the game is broken. I bought the season pass and enjoyed PVE but I feel like I'm only getting half the game I paid for with the DZ so busted. Probably time to move on. T_T

Needs improvement in the range of "right now-and might be to late"

I think they should look into this real closely. I don't know man, this is a huge let down and am thinking that from now on, I'll wait a month or two before I even give this company my money. I don't care for season passes from any PC game now... Shame on you, Ubi and Massive. This could have been an awesome game, but hackers and exploiters are ruining it... Along with the presentation of the game through false advertising a broken and watered down engine from E3...

This is another example of why video gamers need to stop pre-ordering and why video game developers need to be taken to task, legally if need be, for selling broken, sub-standard and unreliable products and services. The Division is, by any objective measurement, not performing as advertised in several ways. That should not go without remediation.

The loot system is terrible. While the glitches and hackers are annoying, I care far less about that than the fact that the loot dropped is terrible, and the time invested in anything other than crafting is terrible. Thanks for nerfing that by the way. Sooooo smart of you.

Bought the season pass on PC, mistakes were made...

I just really want this game to be what I hope it to be. It's still got me attached, but I feel that if they could make the DZ less of a disappointment with the gamebreaking bugs / hackers / exploirters this game would be top notch!

Maybe Ubisoft will pay attention to this, as they seem to be ignoring every other effort asking them to fix the game.

The Division is a great game, the end game are focusing on Daek Zone, but right now, Dark Zone are full hacker. Sadly, I don't see the number of hacker drop after Ubisoft Massive said that they would ban anyone who were hacking.

Pc-version is broken to the bone. Tell the truth about the 'trusted client sided model' and explain why it can't be fixed.

I have been waited for this game (The Division) since the first glance at E3...and i was ****** PUMPED !!!! When he appeared I was MORE then satisfied... because it was better then the demo and trailers,moveing forward...story line (average) but the GAMEPLAY and the skills tree MIND BLOWING. After finishing the game...I enter Dark Zone, I can say this with my hand on my soul : EXTRAORDINARY, the ADRENALINE that I meet in DZ was overwhelming... like I was in a new game !!! This was to be the beginning of a FABULOUS game..... and then everything stopped !!! *** HACKS *** PS: I’m lvl 60 in DZ My build it’s a TANK/DPS (189 dps whit 98.500 HP...armor 65% MAX) and when I encounter a HACK, I can’t even put the target on them and they drop me like a ****       With this post I official end my time playing this game (The HACKVISION)... Has began like a dream and ended like a **** NIGHTMARE My time playing The Division is 12d 16 h 2 min !!!

Seeking a season pass refund.

loved the game still do BUT BAD chat control - spam - inexcusable bugs and glitches STILL in game after all these weeks and then the hackers in DZ i want to play it more but having to either shut chat down completely or try to ignore 4+ hack spammers EVERY time i log on is very annoying. i feel sorry for this game its a gem that has not been polished .. heck its still inside its chunk of coal atmo :(

The game is good, just not with all the stupid running around.
