I bought the game and never got past the tutorial because it would either get stuck on an infinite load screen or crash less then a minute into the game

My complaint is related to the overall customer support process and the overall development process. I would like to see a public bug tracker. I would also like to see even a beta version of the API. They should have a process in which the public can participate in the creation of feature changes, new features and bug reporting and tracking.

Obviously a cash grab. They made leveling fun then completely forgot about anything having to do with end game. No amount of expansions or patches will fix this, coming from an organization like Massive.

The said part is I'm to blame as well for thinking Ubisoft could actually come up with a game that won't frustrate me. They keep losing players and still don't seem to care; the arrogance. Definitely the last game I every buy from a company that doesn't care about its customers.

Estoy cansado, estoy harto y he terminado dejando Ubisoft hace promesas huecas y luego empeorar las cosas en la parte superior de no mantener su palabra. El estado del juego en realidad ha empeorado desde su lanzamiento en lugar de que se convierta en mejor.

Not what was promised before, during, or after launch. Bugs and glitches have ruined both PvE and PvP, and is compounded by the way they are entwined. This is a world where cheaters DO prosper. We paid to play an alpha, not a finished build.

Downgraded, full map not released and not planned for release this year, broken game mechanics , bugs , glitches ,hackers and exploiters everywhere and don't keep the community informed (seems like ignoring us)
