Over priced apartment complexes targeting college students should be put to a stop in Columbia. Most people who live in these apartments are college students where they are already taking out loans for school or their parents might be struggling to pay for such a pricey place to live. Rent is easily $500-$700 per person in these apartments. They are squeezing money out of students because they are easy to exploit and have no other choice because they need a place to live.
Sign today to convince the city of Columbia to take action against these apartment complexes. There needs to be realistic prices for the qualities of these apartments.
