Our maintenance crew was dismissed today, June 16, 2014. The community is requesting this to be an item on a Special Meeting Agenda to take place within 24 hours of submitting this petition. The community will like an explanation by the South Bay Club Board of Directors on how it arrived at the decision to dismiss a tenured maintenance crew. The community is requesting evidence of due process.
