We the undersigned believe that The Congress of the United States of America has grossly failed in the performance of its elected duties. We feel this failure is wanton and deliberate, and is the result of unreasonable partisan agendas that should not be put above the safety and well being of the American People and their economy. We believe that The Congress of the United States due to the deliberate and wanton actions of a few select members is no longer able to fulfill the obligations it holds to the citizens who have placed their trust and well being into the hands of the representatives they elected to office. We feel Mr. Boehner has failed in his leadership duties and shown a gross lack of concern for the well being and safety of this nation by putting the desires and agendas of a party minority above the needs and desires of the American People. We feel Ted Cruz has blatantly put political ambition ahead of his solemn duties. Additionally, we believe Mr. Cruz to be inept and unqualified to do the work of the American People as demonstrated by his self professed willingness and demands to halt the economic and federal functions of this nation so vital to its well being and safety in pursuit of fulfilling extreme partisan demands unrelated to the normal operation of government. We hereby demand the expuslion of these congressmen on these grounds and demand our congress does it duties by maintaining an open government without unreasonable demands for doing so, maintaining a safe debt limit without tying unreasonable partisan demands to doing so, and respecting the legislative process by adhereing to the rules and letter of the process and addressing the legal and just laws produced by the said process through the correct means and methods.
