At this moment of grief, a deputy news editor of NDTV posted a message on social media celebrating the attack on our Jawans. Link to article
The so called “liberals” in the media would argue that this is her individual freedom. But the very same liberals forget that it is our “jawans” who are giving us our freedom. It is due to our Jawans guarding the nation that Nidhi Sethi was able to enjoy her freedom to even post this message.
What is even more insulting is the response from NDTV that has merely suspended the deputy editor for 2 weeks.
If you support this view, please raise your voice against this utter lack of respect for the Army by NDTV. We are a peace loving nation but we will not stand down when our Jawans are disrespected. Please sign the petition here to ask NDTV to expel the employee.

A temporary suspension is an insult to the memory of the men we lost. I have been spending my nights reading your messages and they prove that the country expects real accountability instead of empty gestures.

Seeing this level of support for our fallen soldiers reminds me that we refuse to let this disrespect slide. The momentum building here tells me that people truly value the sacrifice of those who protect our country. My heart is heavy today but I am encouraged by your refusal to remain silent.

In the guise of criticising 56 inch she virtually crossed the line. She should not be allowed in active journalism...
I condemn such irrational writing against our soldiers bloodahed.She is a heartless person.I sign to throw her out of her careers.

Request stricter action to the concerned deputee editor. also, would like to publish her justification for everybody.

Remove all anti-national elements from mass media. We need clean, unbiased, non-propaganda, idealistic, verifiable news, not the poisonous virulent noise that Indian news media have become in last decade.
