This language sends a clear message of the threat of violence towards the other individual. Not only that, but this conversation that has surfaced has incited a direct threat of harm to many other students, staff, and community members. Threats like these create a problematic environment that makes it difficult for students and faculty to feel safe.
Please sign this petition in support for Westfield State University to expel Jack Clayton for inciting clear harm to others. By signing this petition, you are in favor of the university implementing the harshest punishment available in order to set a significant standard that Westfield State University will not shy away from expulsion when such harm is done. By setting this standard, the university will send a clear message of the values it holds and what they do not find acceptable by Westfield State University community members.

If he thinks it’s OK to make these comments, do you think he’s also believing that it’s OK to take those actions that he’s talking about? I’ve never been so fearful about going to school with somebody like this.
why would you allow someone who has threatened someone with rape to go back onto campus. now you just allowed other rapists to make it seem like they can do anything and still go to school like nothings happened. sick
It is despicable for Westfield State to stand behind statements of inclusion and support of its students yet not actually protect them in any way when instances like this occur. Do the right thing.
It’s embarrassing to have been a Criminal Justice Alum from Westfield and see this school and program continue to remain silent and take no steps towards removing this student. There is a lot of reform that the Criminal Justice System needs, and it starts with not allowing people like him to work in this field.
This student does not deserve a *criminal justice* degree and should not be in a university environment, where sexual assault and rape are already serious issues. It should not take a petition for him to be punished for his degrading and frankly terrifying comments towards women.
4 YEARS LATER AND WESTFIELD STATE UNIVERSITY HAS DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THIS SEXUAL PREDATOR, JACK CLAYTON, THAT THEY LET ON CAMPUS! WSU HAS INSTEAD CHOSEN TO THREATEN FEMALE STUDENTS WITH LEGAL ACTION FOR SPEAKING OUT ABOUT IT (DESPITE THERE BEING DIRECT EVIDENCE OF HIS RAPE THREATS AND RACISM). DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO WESTFIELD STATE COLLEGE! THEY SWEEP EVERYTHING UNDER THE RUG, INCLUDING THE ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF SEXUAL ASSAULTS THEY HAVE IGNORED AND HIDDEN FOR DECADES. WESTFIELD STATE UNIVERSITY LET THIS CREEP STAY ENROLLED ON CAMPUS AS A CRIMINAL JUSTICE MAJOR WITH A PSYCH MINOR, WITH NO REPERCUSSIONS FOR HIS ACTIONS AND THREATS BECAUSE HIS DADDY IS A COP: A RECIPE FOR HOME-GROWN TERRORISTS AND GOOD-OLE-BOYS. I’m a Female RA on campus and I will not stand for this man to be “unpunished”, I want my residents to be as safe from harm as possible and allowing someone like this ; who speaks to another human in this way even if it was “ metaphorically” spoken ,it is repulsive.
