Our petition to each of you is attached.

We urge immediate action using privileged motions and Congressional rules prohibiting members from voting when they have “conflicts of interests”. Each of the over 180 House and Senate members, all who are proven Insurrectionists, MUST be prohibited from voting on all motions, specifically motions to table or delay resolutions or vote on final resolutions to Expel themselves under the U.S. Constitution’s 14th Amendment, Sec. 3.

It goes without saying that these Insurrectionists must be PROHIBITED from voting in any manner on the final vote to Expel themselves.

Lastly, it is our understanding that the approximately 170 Insurrectionist present and past members of the House can be listed together on ONE H.R. and Expelled. Similarly, the 8 Insurrectionist Senators (Tommy Tuberville, Al, Rick Scott, FL, Roger Marshall, KS, John Kennedy, LA, Cindy Hyde-Smith, MS, Josh Hawley, MO, Ted Cruz, TX and Cynthia Lummis, WY ) can and MUST be listed on one S.R. and Expelled.

We urge each of you to take immediate actions, working together, to implement our requests to the best of your abilities and with the utmost urgency.

The future of this Nation, and possibly of this World, is in your hands.

We, as citizens, can support your actions BUT we do NOT have the POWER to take those actions.

Dear Members of Congress:

We selected you to petition because you all are “activist” Dems.

We are petitioning you to take immediate action to preserve our democracy for the young people. They do not deserve to live under tyranny!

We adults have made the mistakes these last 50 years, not the young.

We must fix this situation and fast -- BEFOR the November 2026 and ‘28 elections occur. And BEFORE Mr. Trump attempts, or succeeds, in calling off elections for bogus reasons by creating of civil disorder via murderous “false flag” incidents.

WE CAN ACHIEVE OUR GOALS -- IF WE TRY!

We must remove Trump and his group BEFORE he stumbles us into a WWIII with nukes.

BEFORE his slow motion coup d'état destroys our corrupt, feeble democracy and establishes a dictatorship.

We must do this for the kids. They do not deserve the future adults are creating for them.

We have lived our lives in a democracy. But our understanding of the responsibilities of citizenship is inadequate.

Kids should not live in tyranny because we adults did not do our job as citizens.

Nearly all the Congressional Insurrectionists in Congress that day are still in Congress and Trump is in the Oval Office again! OUR SYSTEM OF REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY HAS FAILED.

Furthermore, the Insurrectionist traitors who conducted the Attack on the Capitol Jan. 6th have been pardoned by Trump.

Trump and 180+ members of Congress, who are all INSURRECTIONISTS under the 14th Amendment and thus criminals, are STILL on the government payroll.

Attachment 2 at the bottom of this petition lists the Insurrectionists to be Expelled using the 14th Amendment to our Constitution. Your staffers have to re-analyze the list to ensure accuracy.

We pay these criminals and in return they help sabotage government to implement Trump’s slow motion coup. Day by day we move ever closer to nuclear war and living under tyranny. How foolish can we be?

PART I

HOW DO WE STOP THE MADNESS?

Simple Ask, Difficult Answer.

Solution: Congress Must Immediately Expel The Insurrectionists.

Then Impeach Trump & His Group

Then Senate Convicts Them All!

Dems Then Take Power In Both Houses

(House will remain Democratic for months. Senate for possibly a month)

The 535 members of the House and Senate have no legislation before them to Expel the Insurrectionists or Impeach Trump and Group. We urge YOU quickly produce such resolutions and get them passed.

The knee jerk reaction to just the idea of elected officials drafting such bills is:

"Oh, you idiot, that’s a waste of time. How can you NOT understand that first we have to win control of Congress in Nov. '26? ONLY then, can we impeach Trump! P.S., I need your money right now; the billionaires are after me! If I’m not re-elected, we will never be able to impeach Trump. etc.” The BS never ends.

This petition is NOT simple. If you don’t have time to read/skim it, that’s ok just give it to your top staffer and schedule a time to discuss it.

Each of you is a good thinker. You know how to consider problems, do research, develop options, decide what to do and how to do it. You have to skim this letter to understand what House and Senate members need to do as fast as possible -- not a year from now. It's quite complex.

If you skim and agree, then you need to set up full time work teams with short deadlines. Thank you!

We know that Trump and his group tried to overthrow our government at the end of his first term and on Jan. 6, 2021 and we know he is trying to implement a slow motion coup now!

History provides good lessons. One source says that since 1950 worldwide there have been over 450 coups – about half are successful just as Trump’s slow motion coup is successful now.

Lesson 1: Do Not Let Them Repeat Insurrection. Do not let persons who try to overthrow democracy remain free, for they will try to overthrow the government again. And possibly be successful.

Lesson 2: Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied. Immediately investigate, charge, prosecute and provide justice to alleged insurrectionists. Do not allow alleged insurrectionists to run free.

Lesson 3: Remove Insurrectionists from Government. Never allow insurrectionists to participate in or manage your democratic government. They MUST be removed.

You have tried to accomplish all of the above lessons and have failed -- thus far.

In the Past the House and Senate Worked Hard to Impeach & Remove Trump.

In the past 9 years Congressional Democrats have invested substantial energy Impeaching Trump and some initial efforts to Expel Insurrectionists.

Eight House Resolutions (HRs) have been introduced to Impeach Trump since 2017. In 2019 the House passed its first Impeachment Resolution. But the Senate judged Trump not guilty (47 Yes and 53 No). In 2021 House again Impeached Trump. This time a Senate majority voted Trump guilty (57 voting guilty and 43 voting not guilty) but the vote to convict did not reach the 67 votes required (2/3rds of those present) to declare Trump guilty, Impeached and removed from office.

Important Note: IF the Senate had Expelled its 8 Insurrectionists in 2021 after their Insurrection, THEN , the 2/3 requirement would have dropped to 62 and the Senate would have needed only 5 more patriotic Republicans to vote to convict -- then Trump would have been removed from office. And we would not be facing the problems we have now in 2026.

Efforts to Impeach Thomas and Alito. In 2024 HRs were introduced to Impeach Thomas and Alito with no votes taken.

Efforts to Expel. In 2020 and 2021 Rep. Bill Pascrell urged Speaker Pelosi to Expel the 126 members seeking to overturn the Nov. 2020 election results. This effort was part of the Insurrectional effort by the Texas Attorney General to petition the US Supreme Court to overturn the election results in 4 states and award the electoral votes to Trump based on fraudulent allegations of election corruption. No action was taken by the House.

In Jan. of 2021 a HR by Rep. Cori Bush was introduced to Expel nearly 140 Insurrectionists who voted on the floor of Congress, Jan. 6th and 7th, to overturn the 2020 Presidential election Electoral College results.

In late 2022, using the conclusions of the “House Select Committee to Investigate the Jan. 6th Attack on the National Capitol,” a HR to Expel Former Pres. Trump was introduced by Rep. David Cicilline. No House votes were taken on either Expel HR.

Overall, Dems made a great effort to protect our nation from another coup. They nearly Impeached Trump a couple of times.

But Trump was saved each time by votes from the 8 Insurrectionist Senators who have NOT YET been Expelled. And in the House the 170+ Insurrectionists still in the House always vote down Dems efforts.

Attachment #1 lists the excellent model HRs introduced from 2017 to the present. Attachment 2 lists the Insurrectionists still in Congress.

These attached Expel and Impeach resolutions need to be reviewed by Congressional members, experts and lawyers, updated, draft resolutions completed, circulated for co-sponsors, introduced & acted upon with privileged motions, motions to prohibit accused Insurrectionists from voting on issues when they have “conflicts of interest,” etc.

The Jan. 6th Comm. Requested Trump’s Prosecution. The most detailed Congressional investigation of what Trump and his fellow criminals did to attempt to overthrow our government was done by that “House Select Committee. Its final report late in 2022 to the Biden administration states Trump is the culprit and made formal criminal referrals to the US Dept. of Justice to further investigate Trump and his group.

The Committee’s general charges against Trump are:

• Obstruction of an Official Proceeding
• Conspiracy to Defraud the United States
• Conspiracy to Make a False Statement and
• Conspiracy to Incite, Assist or Aid an Insurrection.

Their overall conclusion: "That evidence has led to an overriding and straight-forward conclusion: the central cause of January 6th was one-man, former President Donald Trump, who many others followed. None of the events of January 6th would have happened without him.”

As you know Special Counsel Jack Smith and his Dept. of Justice staff investigated and filed charges in cases against Trump. But because Trump is now president again, the main case related to his attempted coup d'état has been placed on hold until he is no longer president. If Trump is eventually convicted in this case he may be sentenced to 20 years or more in prison. PART II

PUNISHING TRUMP & GROUP IS DOABLE

HOW TO EXPEL & IMPEACH THE INSURRECTIONISTS

& PRESERVE OUR DEMOCRACY!

IT MUST BE DONE!

1. CONGRESS FLIPS TO DEM CONTROL WHEN IT EXPELLS THE 185 INSURRECTIONISTS.

Today we have 177 or so Insurrectionists in the House (or were in the House during Trump's attempted overthrow of our US Government in 2020 and 2021). And we have 8 in the Senate. Since 2020 a number of House members have left. But they still need to be Expelled. Examples: former Reps. Doug Collins, VA Secretary (Collins continues to privatize the VA which veterans do not want to happen), Lee Zeldin is EPA Admin. and now Sen. Markwayne Mullin’s (OK) will lead the Dept. of Homeland Sec., creating havoc, others are running for governorships or US senate or president in 2028. And, regretfully, we have Trump as President thinks he should be president for life.

The House has 219 Republican slots with three vacancies. This means 219 minus at least 170 or so Insurrectionists Expelled leaves approximately 50 Rs remaining in the House. Dems would still have 213 slots. Senate has 53 Republicans (53-8 Insurrectionists = 45 Rs remaining. And 47 Dems (including 2 Independents) remain.

When the 185 Insurrectionists are Expelled, the Dems can take control of the Congress. House Dems can maintain control for a number of months due to replacement elections processes by each state. Senate Dems would maintain control only for a month or maybe less due to appointment powers of governors. Therefor all Expel and Impeach legislative actions must be made expeditiously. 2. WITH 185 INSURRECTIONISTS EXPELLED, TRUMP COULD BE EXPELLED.

When the House and Senate each Expelling their Insurrectionists, this will enable Trump to possibly also be Expelled. They say a president must be Expelled by both houses. In Attachment 1 below at item 13 is Rep. Cicilline's 12-15-22 House Resolution (HR) to Expel Trump. Some experts say a 2/3 vote of those present is required to Expel a president whereas a majority vote is required for Expelling members of Congress using the 14th Amend. Sec. 3. House lawyers need to analyze and determine what is correct. As you know, Expelling does not require a Senate trial as do all Impeachments. Also, all Expelling decisions of congressional members requires a majority vote required per former Rep. Bill Pascrell, now, sadly, deceased.

3. IMPEACH CRIMINALS THOMAS & ALITO.

House should also Impeach Supreme Court Justices Thomas and Alito as Rep. Ocasio-Cortez's HRs call for. Both HRs are dated July 10, 2024 and HR 1353 is for Thomas and HR 13544 is for Alito. Free Speech for People also recommends the Impeachment of this group of Trump's appointees “Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Secretary of Health and Human Services, Pam Bondi former Attorney General, .Kristi Noem former, Secretary of Homeland Security, Marco Rubio, Secretary of State, Acting National Security Advisor, Acting Archivist of the United States and Pete Hegseth, Secretary of Defense.” Attachment #1 provides AOC’s HRs.

4. SENATE 2/3RDS VOTE REQUIREMENT CHANGES. That requirement falls from 67 with full Senate (100 members) to 62 with 92 members. Furthermore the 2/3rds means 2/3rds of those members present. Currently there are 53 R, 45 D and 2 I. If 8 Insurrectionist R senators are Expelled the balance is 47 (D+I) and 45 R. To achieve Trump’s conviction 62 yes votes are required, i.e. 47 (D+I) + 15 R = 62 yes votes. Therefore, if all 92 senators are in attendance 15 patriotic Republicans are need to convict.

In Jan. of 2021 Trump the House tried for the 5th time to impeach Trump and was successful for the second time. Senate vote to convict was 57 to convict and 35 not guilty.

These 7 senators voted to convict: Susan Collins, ME, Lisa Murkowski of AK, Mitt Romney of UT, Richard Burr of NC, Ben Sasse of NE, Pat Toomey of PA and Bill Cassidy of LA. If the 8 Insurrectionist senators (who all voted not guilty) had been expelled, then it is possible that 5 more senators might have decided to rid themselves, the Party and the Nation of Trump once and for all.

5. VANCE’S APPOINT NEW VP?

Vance cannot appoint a new VP as long as Dems control one or both houses. The law requires that both houses concur via a majority vote for his VP pick in order for that person to become VP.

6. TRUMP’S PARDON BY VANCE? If Trump is impeached and Vance becomes president, Vance will try to pardon Trump. Whether a president has that power may be in doubt if Trump is convicted/Impeached and removed from office.

But if Trump is Expelled under the 14th Amend. Sec. 3 which states: "No person shall bea Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

Thus, the House and Senate have a good reason to Expel Trump under 14th Amend.-- thereby prohibiting Trump’s pardon.

7. VANCE’S IMPEACHMENT. Vance will follow in Trump’s illegal footsteps, continuing illegal wars, fake peace efforts and illegal federal management actions. Thus, he can be Impeached in the House and convicted in Senate.

If that happens, the new Democratic Speaker of the House becomes president thru Jan. 20, 2029 and selects her/his new V.P. with concurrence of both houses. The new Speaker must not have been complicit with Israel’s GENOCIDE against Palestinians.

Understanding that the Senate will be controlled by Dems for a matter of weeks, the Expelling of Senate Insurrectionists and the Senate impeachment trials must be coordinated carefully with the those similar actions in the House.

8. TRUMPS STUMBLING TOWARD A NUCLEAR WWIII.

If Dems organize and act to Expel and Impeach, all those actions can take place quickly. And MUST take place quickly to preserve our world and democracy for the children of America!

9. EXECUTIVE AND JUDICIAL BRANCHES HAVE BEEN CORRUPTED.

The Executive Branch is now controlled by Mr. Trump (a criminal who already attempted to overthrow the Constitution.) Many think he is now conducting a slow motion coup d'etat, considering whether to call off the '26 and possibly '28 elections in order to stay in office as long as he lives. He wishes to avoid the legal trials which restart as soon as he is no longer an elected official. Over a million citizens have signed a petition with the Free Speech for People organization and you each should have seen that petition.

The Supreme Court is corrupted with at least two members violating our laws (Mr. Thomas and Mr. Alito) for which Articles of Impeachment were introduced by Rep. Ocasio-Cortez and blocked from floor action.

Thus, we have one Branch left to defend our democracy and preserve it for posterity: that is Congress - specifically Democrats and any patriotic Republicans you can convince to take action with you.

The House is controlled by the Speaker of the House Michael Johnson. He was the leader of the 2020 and 2021 Congressional attempts to help Trump overthrow the results of the 2020 election.

Result? The House is controlled by a mostly corrupt clique of members 170+ who should have long ago been Expelled by the House (using the 14th Amend.) and prosecuted by the U.S. Dept. of Justice. BUT they were not. Now they sit as saboteurs voting yes or no as instructed by Trump.

The basic reason they vote that way is because Trump can pardon them for their "sins." And if he doesn't, they know they face possible prosecution for helping Trump's attempted overthrow and possible prison sentences. So, these 170+ legislators are caught in a blackmail situation with Trump black mailing them.

Proven Insurrection Action #3. Jan. 6, 2021 Congressional Floor Action to Reject Electoral Votes for Various States. Trump asked Johnson and others to vote against accepting the electoral college votes from certain states on Jan. 6, 2021 in an attempt to throw the election into the House of Representatives. On Jan. 6th and Jan. 7th 147 members of Congress (8 senators and 139 representatives) voted to reject said electoral votes from AZ and PA states. Because some members voted for Action#1 and some for Action #2, the combined total for all members voting for one or both is 185 members of Congress. Thus, these are the members who should be Expelled under the 14th Amendment. Note: A few have left Congress for other jobs such as Sec. of Dept. of Veterans Affairs Doug Collins.

Proven Insurrection Action #4. Assault On Us Capitol Jan. 6, 2021. Trump incited members of different Trump support groups to assault the Congress as it was conducting its electoral vote count and declaring the winner of the 2020 election for the presidency. The US Dept. of Justice prosecuted nearly 1,300 persons for that attempted overthrow, most were convicted and Trump pardoned nearly 1,600 persons convicted, awaiting sentencing or being prosecuted in 2025.

FACT: Trump and Netanyahu Need Each Other. Both are criminals who have "STAY OUT OF JAIL" passes only as long as they are elected officials. Once they are unelected, each goes to court. FACT: Nov. '26 U.S. Elections Threaten Imprisonment for Trump. Midterm elections many times cause one or both houses to flip to the other party’s control. If both flip, in 2027 or 2028, Trump will be Impeached, Convicted in the Senate and be sitting in court facing 20+ years in prison within two months. Trump’s last 14 months of illegal federal agency actions, illegal wars, displays of hatred/vengeance, cruelty toward immigrant children and families and illegal war on Iran combine to keep sinking his poll numbers.

Thus, Trump's choices are:

• Call off the midterm elections now using some questionable excuse the Supreme Court may overrule.
• OR, manipulate the midterm elections via voter suppression, create confusion of voters via groups and AI, and buying the election.
• Or, Use electronic subterfuge of the states' election systems followed by massive disputing of ballots to be counted and a barrage of court cases leading to hopeful decisions by the Supremes.
• OR, a strong Likelihood: Trump Will Create Civil Instability Using “False flag” events, then Declare Civil Emergency Powers and “Call Off '26 Elections.”
• But all this might not work out. So, simultaneously, he approves voter suppression, confusion via AI, electronic manipulation of state voting systems and planned court barrage before and after the Nov. '26 election to try to ensure the Republicans continue to control both houses and “false flag” operations.

Trump may conclude he must call off elections illegally by creating “false flag” incidents causing deaths and civil disruptions across the nation, thereby justifying his taking emergency control of the nation with the lies of suppressing civil unrest, protecting private property and providing public safety. If this works, he can possibly continue in office after 2028 for a third term.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: “A BRIEF HOW TO DO IT”

After 177 Insurrectionists are Expelled from the House and 8 from the Senate via a single resolution in each house listing all Insurrectionist’s names, via majority votes, while excluding the Insurrectionists from voting due to “conflicts of interest,” Democrats take control. House control will last until Jan. 3, 2029. Senate control will last only weeks due to the replacement appointment process by the 8 state governors.

Each house must be in session nearly 24/7 to Expel the Insurrectionists from each body, Expel Trump (a 2/3rds vote of both houses is likely required) and then Impeach and convict Trump and his criminal Gang including Justices Thomas and Alito. (The 2/3s vote drops from 67 to 62 with 8 senators Expelled.)

Then both bodies can pass legislation Reviving Our Failing Democracy which Vance will likely veto. You block Vance from appointing a new vice president in one or both houses by the majority voting down the proposed replacement (approval requires majority concurrence vote in both houses.). If Vance continues Trump’s illegal past actions (which is likely), Expel and Impeach and convict Vance. Note: Dem speaker will then become president thru Jan. 19, 2029. Then pass your most critical legislation into law before November 2026 when the Democratic president can sign same.

To accomplish the above you need to organize at least three work teams of MOC + staffers + lawyers who can think well, working daily full time in teams, to produce the need products/efforts.

Preserve Democracy Team: To review past Congressional Expel and Impeach resolutions, House and Senate rules, draft plans and produce the wording implementing each resolution (with outside advice as wished) and shepherd each resolution thru the House then the Senate, key selected MOC need to lead each set of resolutions on the floor to success, etc.

NOTE: Due to the gubernatorial right to appointment senate vacancies of most state governments, the Senate period of Democratic control may last a short time of a month or so. Thus, the Expelling of the 8 Senators may be delayed until the Democracy Team has Expelled and Impeached and the Legislative Team has substantial bills ready to pass in House and forward to Senate. The Senate may choose to work 7 days a week, 12 hrs. or so a day.
