We must not tolerate this kind of behaviour. If not punished, then it can find its victim again. And according to the Law, BULLYING is a CRIME. Not just a crime, but a person could have mental issues thinking that he/she is bullied. Therefore, we must do an action before they find another victim. If this is done once, then they will still have this kind of behaviour. PUT THEM IN JAIL.
