We, the undersigned home and business owners of Linwood Avenue and Linwood Terrace located north of West Ferry Street, unite, agree and respectfully request that our properties be incorporated into an expansion of the Linwood Historic Preservation District of Buffalo, New York. We understand that incorporation into the historic district may result in certain restrictions imposed by the Buffalo Preservation Board. We also understand that incorporation into the historic district may result in an increase of our property taxes. The undersigned agree that the Linwood Preservation District & Friends and the Buffalo Preservation Board undertake whatever steps necessary to accomplish this goal on our behalf.
