Please consider revising the home delivery limits so that the cannabis community can continue to do its part to reduce the spread of COVID-19. A large part of our community uses this plant for medicinal reasons. When we can't stock up in a single purchase, we are forced to frequent dispensaries or order delivery more frequently. This increases contact and therefore transmission of COVID-19 in a highly sensitive population. Many consumers of cannabis (with or without an OMMP card) use it for ailments that also come with an immunodeficiency. Please help keep our community safe AND ensure the continued economic viability of one of our state's biggest producers of tax dollars. Our industry brought in over $84 million in March alone, equating roughly $17 million in tax dollars. We continue to provide Oregon with much-needed funds during a time of national economic stress and industry shutdowns. Please consider providing this much-needed change for our community.

Increasing the daily limit during this emergency will help reduce the frequency of contact between individuals. The temporary change can always be rescinded once the emergency changes, and comes at no cost to the state.

In order to align Oregon with other states for when out of state transport is active, please consider increasing the THC limit of edibles to 100MG.

Do this, and increase concentrates to 10 grams.

Please consider removing the jurisdiction of delivery rule also. As a retailer in unincorporated Washington County, we are locked out of selling on what has become the legislatively defined "turf" of other retailers in our adjoining communities of Beaverton, Portland, and Tigard.

A fair and simple measure that would further protect our cannabis workers the best that we can. They deserve it!
