Hello Rams, past and present!

A group of alumni have been calling on Fordham to take a more active role in decreasing their fossil fuel consumption and improving investment into Green projects. One solution is to expand the solar arrays on the Walsh Library roof to produce more clean energy. Then, we would entreat Fordham to reinvest the savings generated by this energy into other green projects including but not limited to, composting services, the conversion to LED lighting, or expansion of electric vehicle use for official purposes.

Please sign this petition to let Marco Valero, VP of Facilities Management at Fordham, know that you are interested in this project and think that Fordham should make sustainable energy a priority.

LEDs and solar panels are a no brainer. Save some money and help the planet at the same time. Seems obvious.

Our students and alumni care very much about this topic. Our Pope calls us to care about our planet, too. Please let us listen and act accordingly.

FORDHAM NEEDS TO STEP UP!! The roof on Walsh is just sitting there doing nothing. Let's get some panels up there.
